On the basis of the above philosophy, the basic objective of RGV is to supply high quality; state-of -the-art products sourced through qualitatively approved vendor base and provide services consistent with customer requirements through a well-organised Quality Assurance System in line with ISO standards.

The management of RGV shall provide necessary direction and support needed to ensure adherence to the quality policy outlined above and improve the same through continuous review.
